$NetBSD: patch-configure,v 1.1 2020/03/16 14:08:46 tnn Exp $

make -lSDL go in $LIBS instead of $LDFLAGS.
Fixes build on Linux due $LIBS appearing later on the command
line, appeasing link editor search order.
