For a system-wide installation, add the line

Map ${PREFIX}/share/tex-contrib/BaKoMa/fontmap.map

at the end of ${PREFIX}/share/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg. Then,

cd ${PREFIX}/share/texmf/dvips/config
updmap

and the BaKoMa fonts will be available by default with dvips.
